At IC-VIETNAM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that situations may arise where returns or refunds are necessary. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items, request a refund, and the steps you need to take to ensure a smooth process.

Please read through this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when returning products or requesting a refund.
 

Refunds


Refunds are generally accepted within 30 days from the date the parcel is delivered. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our support team immediately. We are here to assist you in resolving the situation, and refunds will be processed according to the circumstances of your order.
 

1. Non-Delivery of Parcel


We guarantee a refund or replacement if your parcel is not delivered within the standard shipping timeframe. However, this guarantee does not apply if the customer is responsible for the non-delivery (e.g., incorrect shipping address or failure to complete customs clearance).

Please note that we cannot guarantee on-time delivery in situations where there are delays due to extreme weather conditions, postal delays, customs issues, or local protests. Nevertheless, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

If you believe your parcel has not been delivered, please contact our support team right away with your order details. We will investigate the situation and offer a suitable resolution.
 

2. Missing Items


If you receive your parcel and suspect that some items are missing, the first thing you should do is check that all the boxes associated with your order have been received. Small items may be stuck in packing material or crevices, so be sure to check thoroughly.

If you still cannot find the missing item(s), follow these steps:

- Email our support team with a description of the missing item(s) and photos of the entire parcel, including the packing material.
- Our customer service team will investigate the issue and verify it against our packing records.
- We will provide a solution based on the outcome of the investigation, which may include sending you the missing items or offering a refund.

 

Returns


When returning a product, the customer certifies that the item(s) were purchased from IC-VIETNAM and that there has been no substitution of parts with items from other suppliers or distributors. All returns must be made in original packaging and in unused condition, unless the item is defective.

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) or moisture-sensitive products should only be opened in controlled environments to ensure they remain in a sellable state.
 

General Return Rules


- Returns are generally accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Non-original/fake/quality-related issues: If you wish to return an item due to these reasons, a valid quality report from a recognized third-party organization is required.
- If the return is due to the customer’s own error (e.g., purchasing the wrong product), the customer will be responsible for any customs charges and other fees incurred during the return process.
- Return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. IC-VIETNAM does not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments.

 

Return Process


- Contact Support: Email us or call our customer service team to initiate the return process. Be sure to provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damaged goods).
- Return Authorization: We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product.
- Return Shipping: Please ensure that the product is returned in original packaging and in unused condition (unless the item is defective). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault on our end.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund or replacement accordingly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

 

Exclusions


The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom-built or modified products tailored to specific customer orders.
- Opened or used electronic components, for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Clearance or sale items, unless they are defective.
