Refunds

Refunds are typically accepted within 30 days from the date the parcel is delivered.
If you encounter any issues upon receiving your parcel, please contact our support team immediately regarding the following situations:

1. Non-Delivery of Parcel

We guarantee a refund or a replacement order if your parcel has not been received beyond the standard shipping timeframe, except in cases where the customer is responsible for the unsuccessful delivery (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address or failing to complete customs clearance due to their own reasons).
 Note: For situations involving extreme weather, postal delays, customs issues, local protests, etc., we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. However, we will do our best to assist you.

2. Missing Items

First, ensure that you have received all the boxes associated with your order. Check each box thoroughly, as small parts may get stuck in crevices or packing material. If you still cannot find the missing item, please email our customer service immediately. Include a description of the missing items and photos of the entire parcel. We will forward this information to our warehouse for verification against packing records.

Steps to Address Missing Items:
   1. Email our support team for authorization. 
   2. We will investigate and verify the issue. 
   3. We will provide solutions on a case-by-case basis.


Returns

By returning products to IC-Vietnam, the customer certifies that the products were purchased from IC-Vietnam and that there has been no substitution of any part of the product with items from other suppliers or distributors. The return must be made in its original packaging and in unused condition (except for defective items). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should only be opened under controlled conditions.

General Return Rules:

- Returns are generally accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
- If a return is requested due to "non-original/fake/quality issues," a valid quality report from a third-party organization recognized by us is required for the return or exchange. 
- Customers will be responsible for any customs charges or other fees if the return is due to their own reasons, such as mistakenly purchasing parts. 
- Return shipping costs must be prepaid; we do not accept COD shipments.
